Benard Kulp

Benard Kulp is a Systems & Software Engineer at Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, MD. Kulp is working on the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) that has been consulting with NASA since August 2010.

“I develop software for the Wavefront Sensing & Control (WFSC) subsystem, which is responsible for aligning the mirrors of the telescope for the lifetime of the mission (20 years+).  I utilize my skills in data science, statistics, programming, and machine learning to trend data for JWST as part of our WFSC Trending and Analysis System.” 

 

Roscoe Johnson

Roscoe is a Space Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, California, plus is an alumnus of Morgan State University, B.S. Electrical Engineering, and the University of Southern California, M.S. Systems Engineering.

Roscoe is responsible for the conceptual design through implementation for ground hardware systems for various satellite vehicle missions.
