Based in San Luis Obispo, CA, GATO365 has been dedicated to student success by creating material up to date with today’s rapid technological development. Since 2014, GATO365 has provided educational material to students of all ages and now works to create more opportunities for high school students to give themselves a competitive edge in not only their college applications but their job applications as well.

Meet the 2022 Team

 

Immanuel Williams

Immanuel Williams is the CEO and founder of GATO365 Learning Center.

Dr. Williams is dedicated to changing the lives of all his students by initially believing in their ability to learn data science, machine learning, and statistics. He is also the chief curriculum developer for the math worksheets found in GATO365 Math Boot Camp. He spends most of his time developing and designing curricula for all audiences so that every student has the opportunity to learn complicated concepts. Dr. Williams has a Ph.D. in psychometrics while earning a master’s in statistics and mathematics.

Leona

Data Scientist and Curriculum Developer

Leona is a Business Administration major at Cal Poly SLO with a concentration in Information Systems.  As a Data Scientist and Curriculum Developer for GATO365, she loves learning new technology and finding the most efficient and effective way to complete projects. Leona also enjoys traveling and meeting new people. One way she has Gone Above The Odds is by volunteering in Muizenberg, South Africa as a surf instructor and mentor.

Giselle

Data Scientist  and Curriculum Developer

Giselle is a Business Administration major concentrating in finance and minoring in statistics at Cal Poly SLO.  Her love for math and statistics led her to become a data scientist and curriculum developer for GATO365. Outside of school and work, Giselle is very passionate about fitness and travel. One way Giselle has Gone Above The Odds is through learning to speak three different languages.

Abbey

Data Scientist

Abbey is a Business Administration student at Cal Poly SLO with a concentration in Information Systems. As a Data Scientist for GATO365, she enjoys utilizing her love for organizing data and coding to make a difference. Outside of working with GATO365, Abbey enjoys crocheting and sharing her art with her friends and family. One of the ways Abbey has Gone Above The Odds is by maintaining high academic performance while moving schools three times before college.

Carly

Marketing Analyst

Carly is a second-year Business Administration major specializing in Marketing at Cal Poly SLO. As a GATO365 Marketing Analyst, she assists with product promotion and social media strategy. Carly is eager to learn and thrives by working in a collaborative environment. She also enjoys spending time with friends and exploring the outdoors. One way Carly has Gone Above The Odds is being a student from the Central Valley who went on to attend college.

Scott

Financial Advisor and Marketing Analyst

Scott is a third-year Business Administration Major at Cal Poly SLO with a concentration in accounting and minors in sales and statistics. As a Financial Advisor and Marketing Analyst for GATO 365, he provides project analysis and aids in marketing campaign development. In his free time, Scott enjoys body surfing, swimming, and playing billiards. One of the ways he has Gone Above The Odds is going from being unable to swim one lap in a pool without stopping in 7th grade to breaking the 100M breaststroke record at his high school.

Jason

Data Scientist  and Curriculum Developer

Jason is a current second-year transfer student at Cal Poly, going into my Senior Year. Jason has always had a profound interest in anything statistics related, as it is such a prominent topic in just about everything we do. His favorite pastime would be playing soccer with friends. Soccer in general has so many stats related to it, whether it be career milestones for professional athletes (Most goals) or how many passes are completed for a team in one game. Collecting data is important as it allows for organization, the ability to set goals, and ultimately a basis for improvement.

Randall

Accountant

Randall is a first-year at Cal Poly, majoring in Business Administration and concentrating in Accounting and Finance. As an Accounting Assistant for GATO 365, he assists in developing foundational financial habits necessary for longevity. Randall is excited to support those around him to the best of his ability. In his free time he enjoys bettering himself, one activity being lifting weights. He has recently Gone Above The Odds by transforming from being severely underweight to being able to lift more than double his own body weight.

Kylie

Marketing Analyst

Kylie is a second-year Business Administration major at Cal Poly SLO. As a Marketing Analyst for GATO365, she specializes in email marketing, social media design, and general marketing strategy completion. In her free time, Kylie enjoys anything involving the outdoors whether it’s hiking, walking, or camping. One of the ways Kylie is Going Above The Odds is by learning marketing hands-on at GATO365.

Alana

Data Scientist

Alana is a Business Administration major at Cal Poly SLO with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis and a minor in Statistics. As a Data Scientist for GATO 365, she focuses on ongoing projects using R software. Alana is from Park City, Utah, and her favorite thing to do is ski. One of the ways she is Going Above the Odds is being on track to graduate college in under 2.5 years.
